The Dutch Windmill Building Block set from LesDiy.com

I received the Dutch Windmill Building Block set from LesDiy.com and here is my review:

Design and Features:
This set is designed by PeetersKevin. I don't know him but this is not the first time I build a MOC designed by him. When building his MOCS, you can see that they are not constructions for children. And that he must love small parts.
The windmill set, has a round masonry tower mill with an attached cottage.
The set has a medieval look. (I love it).
The windmill vanes are made from mini-figure capes!
The color scheme features grey brick walls and dark red roofs.

Contents and Assembly:
The set includes 2296 pieces.
The instruction manual is divided into steps corresponding to numbered bags.
The base, cottage and tower are built progressively and the windmill roof tiles are attached to wagon wheels (These steps are, in my opinion, the most difficult part of the construction)

My opinion:
This build is for adults or grown ups, and more for decoration. There are no minifigures, nor doors that open. For me it's perfect for my medieval village, although I have to use a dwarf to own it.
It is not an easy construction, and it is a time-consuming construction. There are many small pieces that end up giving this detailed style. I felt like it was a puzzle, or a picture being painted, which ended up being quite relaxing. It is without a doubt a must have for anyone who likes blocks, or the medieval theme.

Pros and Cons:
Pros: Unique design and sturdy construction.
Cons: Color representation in the manual could be improved (It's sometimes difficult to figure out what color it is).
Directions could be better.
Overall Rating: 4 of 5.

Availability: The set can be found on LesDiy.com for a great price (around 70$).

Thank you for reading! 😊
